| Parking | Large parking area before wayside on the Southwest side of the Mosquito Fork Bridge and at the Mosquito Fork Bridge Wayside. River access is by a steep, primitive foot trail. The Mosquito Fork is too shallow to float, except during periods of high water. It is recommended to read through the BLM brochure under “More info” before boating or floating the Fortymile River and/or any of its tributaries. |
